Accommodation & Travel Assistance

Participants are responsible for their own travel costs to the venue of the IRCC as well as for their accommodation and other associated costs.

No scholarships or funding are provided by the IRCC organisers. There may be funding options offered by your government, university, employer or other third parties, however it is on your own responsibility to search for and obtain such funding. Necessary documents confirming participation in the IRCC can be provided if needed.

Participants should check before the event whether they will need a visa or not, and if their passport/ID meets the required validity period. Participants are solely responsible for making all the necessary arrangements for obtaining their visa in due time. Necessary documents confirming participation in the IRCC can be provided if needed.
